Lit Tuesday: Writing (non-)Progress

Okay. I’ll admit it. I’ve been so focused on writing stuff for the blog and coming up with ideas for it and thinking about what I want to work on with our house and social outings that I’ve let my writing fall by the wayside. Yet again. Travesty!

I’m determined to get my butt in gear again, though. I did hit a block with my fanfiction story, but I’m trying to push through it. I need to get my room back in order (and to do that, I need to actually stain my desk) and I also need to stop giving myself excuses to not write. “Oh, the whole story is on the computer, so it only makes sense to write it on the computer and I can’t get on the computer an hour before bed because it gives me insomnia.”

Bad Hannah. Nope, one thing I can do (and should do and will do!) is start writing on paper (which I enjoy more anyways) and that will give me the opportunity to do some editing before transcribing to the computer. I have a plan. I need to stick to it.

That said, I’m making this a short post so I can attempt to spend some time writing aforementioned fanfiction. Or maybe I’ll work on one of my other projects. Either way! I have work to do.

I hope none of you are having writer’s block right now, dear readers!
